Tomorrow morning I leave. And as much as I'll miss certain people, I hope I never have to come back.

I'm going on a semi-hiatus with Inui here until somewhere after mid-July/start of August. It's not for me, but more for the character himself. XD

He'll come back due to some circumstances beyond his control after kinda getting into it (major fighting) with his summer semester roommate. Some things will come up and for the safety of the school and students, he'll pretty much be given the option to get out and go somewhere he can't get into trouble or face consequences.

Eventually that leads back to St. Jude where he'll end up being the gardener and get the dried out overgrown messes we call gardens under control.

They reopened the poisioning case. Some data I withheld from them decided to come to light, and so it's being reexamined. My lawyer says I could get out of here if everything goes through. I didn't even know they had reopened the case until just today when I was talking to [Kaasan] on the phone.

This could mean a return to my data. I'm not sure if it'll be exponged from my record when I turn eighteen next month, but it's kind of weird to think I'll be gone soon.

[Kaasan] said that the soonest I might leave is the end of the month so I can be brought to Frezno for the hearings. I'm not sure how I feel about this.

I think I might actually miss some of the people I have met here. I didn't come here looking for friendship or anything, but I did find it after all.

I am on my last pair of glasses. Ever since I was little I've always had a tendency to break my glasses, so I tended to have many backups. I probably need to get my eyes rechecked. I don't want new glasses. I also don't want to go around without them either.

This week has been one of the oddest ones ever. I almost forgot that in Japan it is Golden Week. We are +15 hours off of Japan right now, so it's 11:35pm over there on 3 May 2008. Today would be the day we went to visit graves and clean them.

I kind of miss it, but there is nothing productive from wishing and thinking about things that cannot be changed.

The babysitting went...well. Well meaning the baby survived and lived to see another day. Why I was picked is beyond me. I am an only child and met my cousins when they were all over the age of ten.

Today was a days of ups and downs. I'm not sure what to make of anything. At the same time, I know I still have what I wanted. I think. Yes, given that I'm where I am, I have what I wanted.

I just don't know how much longer it can last or how many wires are short circuting.

I need to make my [koma-inu] sometime. Perhaps that will help bring peace faster.

I need to make some [Koma-inu]. I had two small ones on my bookshelf back at home. I think I can recreate them though I'm really not much of a sculpter.

Sometimes I want more free time, and other times I wish I had more chaos in my life. I don't know what that is supposed to mean.

I keep thinking back to the phonecall. Maybe I should have been less obvious with dispensing justice. Though, all deeds good or evil catches up to a person eventually, whether in life or death.

Well, that was weird.

I feel clouded. I have let myself grow distant. By seeing all these hyperreligious around me, I realize I've left my own in the dust. I can offer to the amulet my grandfather gave me, but if I'm not offering with all of myself, I am disrespecting those before me.

I need to find a way to clear my heart and mind. I think I should make more trips to the gardens. Perhaps I should make [Koma-inu] in art class, but they would probably take them away from me. I need to get in touch with my roots though I'm far away from everyone.

This post is about the illegal club. I've tagged this entry so you can always find it by accessing Inui's journal tags.

Here is how it works:

- The place shifts between the auditorium and the bomb shelter. (Since the building was around for WWII, it's probably safe to assume it has one, and now it's probably used for tornado shelter)
- Kenya and Inui will provide the CD player and amplification tools needed to make the music heard. They also will bring spider cords (power strips)
- Other students are encouraged to bring their own CDs. Everything will be returned to you.
- If the club meets on a school night, it will last from 11pm - 1am. If it's a weekend, the club lasts from midnight - 2am
- This will rotate but every dorm will be responsible at one point to bring their desk lamps for lighting. This way, the eletric bill won't have an unusual spike. (that's why they're bringing spider-cords)

What will make this a success:

- The teachers think the students can't cooperate together, so they aren't anticipating such an occurance
- The students who hear of it keep it to themselves and other students. They NEVER talk about it on journals or in the presence of non-students

How long should this run before justice?

Probably let it have its time. When it seems to be getting too big for its bitches, then it'll be time to crack down. Maybe give it a month or two and then come up with a way as a group for it to be exposed since the punishment will probably affect everyone.

My mother sent a care package. There is cookies, and I really don't want to eat all of them, so whoeever wants some, I'm in the main lounge, so anyone who isn't from St. Sebastian is welcomed to them too.

When Inui takes his data, he's going to use a coding system. Because I am not as savy as Inui, I'm going to have to keep track of it in a chart. I'll make a non OOC entry when the game begins.

At the end of Inui's entiries, I'll provide a code break (OOC) so that you can understand what his data entry was going on about. This code break is NOT visible to anyone. The coded data will be marked "Private" but like in any facility like St. Jude, it will only be private to students. Staff members will of course be able to see private sections of entries because they probably have access to everything written on computers in the network.

Name: Inui Sadaharu
Age: 17
Hometown: Tokyo, Japan
Appearance: Tall and pale, Inui hides his eyes behind specially tinted glasses. He had a taste for plain, loose fitting clothing, and tends to go comando, but shhh that's a secret. His has long wide hands, and has a tendency to wrinkle his nose if he is perplexed or doesn't like the direction something is going in. When he smiles, it's awkward, almost as though he's not sure he's supposed to show his teeth or not. This is due to having braces a couple years ago.
History: Inui grew up for the most part in Japan. He was a capable student with excellent grades and a perchance for tennis and soccer. When he was fifteen, his parents got jobs working for a prestigious American chemical company. The family moved out to Frezno, California since Inui's mother had a sister living out there. Once in high school, Inui found a new group of friends and managed to stay on the up and up. He tried out for the tennis team and introduced the concept of punishment juice. Everything was going well until just recently when a group of tennis players cornered one of his cousins and raped her. In retailation, Inui changed the proportions of his penality juice ever so slightly and succeeded in poisioning the offenders and some teammates who weren't involved, one of which had a bad allergic reaction and came close to dying. When confronted about why, Inui never brought up the rape, but took his punishment without bringing shame to his cousin. The judge sentenced him to St. Jude's so people can keep an eye on him, lest he poision again.
Anything else: Inui has a tendency to obsess in circles on things sometimes. It could be a lack of data, something to do with Yanagi, or just a conumdrum that's haunting him. As he's gotten older, his data taking seems more obsessive-complusive, and what keeps him off psychologist couches is how useful the data is, and the fact it's not getting in the way of his life. Though he can get off on a tangent about Yanagi, it doesn't necessarily mean there are romantic feelings. Yanagi represents one of those data holes Inui dislikes. There are always whys about Yanagi, and even if he can know what Yanagi is thinking, the why for some actions eludes Inui, which will set off a tangent.
